Origin & Story
Kalamansi juice is the everyday citrus of Filipino cooking and drinking — squeezed over rice, stirred into sauces, and mixed into cold drinks the way lemon or lime is used elsewhere. Its flavor sits somewhere between mandarin orange and lime with a brighter, more floral edge than either. Outside Southeast Asia it's increasingly available frozen or bottled.
