Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tia Maria
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz egg white
  • Angostura bitters, to garnish

Instructions

  1. 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
  2. 2Add ice and shake again until frothy and well chilled.
  3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over ice and finish with a few dashes of bitters.
