Origin & Story
United Kingdom, modern era
Elderflower cordial has been a British summertime staple for centuries, and its pairing with cucumber — itself a quintessential English garden ingredient — became a natural combination as upscale venues began building sophisticated non-alcoholic menus. It has more in common with a garden-party cup than any cocktail.
