Origin & Story

Mexico, traditional

Inspired by the Mexican street-snack tradition of sprinkling fresh fruit with Tajín — a blend of chili, lime, and salt — this drink captures that addictive sweet-tart-heat combination in a glass. Agua de mango con chili is sold from carts across Mexico City and has become a fixture on modern mocktail menus.
