Origin & Story

Punjab, India, traditional

Lassi — a yogurt-based drink — is one of the oldest beverages on the Indian subcontinent, with records going back thousands of years. The sweet mango version became popular across South Asia in the 20th century and is now so widely known that it doesn't need comparison to any cocktail. It's simply itself.
