Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz bourbon whiskey
  • 0.75 oz Aperol
  • 0.75 oz Amaro Nonino
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake until well chilled.
  3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe.

Bartender Sam Ross created it — named after an M.I.A. song — as an all-Italian-amaro riff on the Last Word, using equal parts bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and lemon.
