Ingredients

  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. 1Muddle mint gently with lime juice and simple syrup in a Collins glass.
  2. 2Add rum and fill with crushed ice, then swizzle until frosted.
  3. 3Top with more crushed ice and dash Angostura bitters on top.
