Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • Soda water, to top

Instructions

Its roots may trace back to a rustic sugarcane-and-mint drink called 'El Draque,' but the modern Mojito was refined in 19th-century Havana bars and later immortalized by regulars like Ernest Hemingway.
