Ingredients

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup

Instructions

Origin & Story

Daiquiri, Cuba, late 1800s

Named after a town and beach near Santiago de Cuba, it's said to have been mixed by an American mining engineer, Jennings Cox, who ran out of gin and improvised with local rum, lime, and sugar.
