Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 1 egg white
- 2 drops orange flower water
- Soda water, to top
Instructions
- 1Dry shake all ingredients except soda water vigorously without ice for a full minute.
- 2Add ice and shake again for another minute until very frothy.
- 3Strain into a highball glass and slowly top with soda water.

New Orleans, 1888
Henry C. Ramos created this labor-intensive fizz at his New Orleans bar, reportedly requiring over a dozen 'shaker boys' passing the drink between them for up to 12 minutes of shaking to get its signature silky foam.
