- 2 oz gin
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz raspberry syrup
- 0.5 oz egg white
- Fresh raspberries, to garnish
Instructions
- 1Dry shake gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and egg white without ice.
- 2Add ice and shake again until frothy and well chilled.
- 3Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with raspberries.
