Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz light rum
  • 0.5 oz brandy
  • 0.5 oz gin
  • 1.5 oz fresh orange juice
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz orgeat syrup
  • 0.25 oz cream sherry, to float

Instructions

  1. 1Shake rum, brandy, gin, orange juice, lemon juice, and orgeat with ice.
  2. 2Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. 3Float sherry on top and garnish with a mint sprig.
