Ingredients
- 1.5 oz light rum
- 0.5 oz brandy
- 0.5 oz gin
- 1.5 oz fresh orange juice
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz orgeat syrup
- 0.25 oz cream sherry, to float
Instructions
- 1Shake rum, brandy, gin, orange juice, lemon juice, and orgeat with ice.
- 2Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
- 3Float sherry on top and garnish with a mint sprig.
