Ingredients
- 1.5 oz tequila
- 0.75 oz Campari
- 0.5 oz sweet vermouth
- 0.5 oz dry vermouth
- Orange peel, to garnish
Instructions
- 1Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with an orange peel.

Essentially a tequila-based Negroni, the Rosita first appeared in print in the 1970s as bartenders began experimenting with substituting tequila into classic Italian bittersweet formulas.
