Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon whiskey
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • Lemon wheel, to garnish

Instructions

  1. 1Muddle mint leaves and lemon in a shaker.
  2. 2Add bourbon and simple syrup with ice, then shake.
  3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
